Is Therapy for you?
I understand that making a commitment to yourself through psychological therapy is a significant and important step for many people. To help with this I offer clients a complimentary fifteen minute telephone consultation prior to initial sessions to discuss any questions that you may have. If you decide to go ahead with an appointment, we can agree a mutually convenient time.
During your first appointment I will begin to get a thorough understanding of your current difficulties, and you will also get a sense of the way in which I work and how we will work together to help you.
